What is GriefShare?
It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you've lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you've probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.
That's the reason for GriefShare, a special seminar and support group for people grieving the death of someone close. This group is sponsored by FBG and led by people who have experienced grief and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time.

What happens at GriefShare?
Each GriefShare session includes a video featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects. These videos include real-life stories of people who have experienced losses similar to yours.
Following the video you will participate in a small group discussion about what you've seen on the DVD. You will also have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a recent loss, learn about their experiences and have the opportunity to share your own.
Sessions are facilitated by trained GriefShare leaders, all of whom have experienced the death of someone they love.
