Every Sunday, we encourage students and their families to join together in worship with our church family. Additionally, we want everyone to take their next step by joining in with a class specifically for students.

Wednesdays
On Wednesday evenings during the school year, our students join together for a time of worship. In this service, called Midweek, we challenge students to step up and lead. We are committed to hearing the stories of how God is at work in the lives of our students and celebrating His faithfulness to act.

Events
Throughout the year we have a variety of events and classes, each with a specific purpose. You'll see events designed to grow relationships, to serve others, and to help students take their next step of faith.
A few guidelines for our events: if you ever have a question if this is "for you," just ask. If finances are ever an issue, let us know. If you are a parent and ever want to help out, don't hesitate to offer.

Texas Rangers Game
Wednesday, May 29, 2024
Spend the day at the ballpark with us as we cheer on the Rangers (or the other team if you don't like winners). Did we mention that it's dollar dog day? America's pastime, hotdogs, and Air Conditioning will make for a great day together. We'll eat lunch on the way there, and dinner on the way back, so pack extra $$$ for fast food meals.
Summer Camp
Friday, June 7, 2024 - Tuesday, June 11, 2024
Students who have completed 6th-12th grade are invited to join us at Dwell Camp in 2024. At camp, we'll be challenged in our walks with Christ, join with so many others in worship, have a blast together with all sorts of games and activities. The list goes on and on. Camp is located Glorieta, NM.

SeaWorld
Wednesday, June 19, 2024
Join us for an awesome day at SeaWorld in San Antonio. Students that have completed 6th-12th grade during the 2023-24 school year will spend the day together making some awesome memories as we ride rides, slide slides, and stand in lines. We'll check-in at 8:00 AM at FBG and leave at 8:30AM. We'll get back to the church around 8:30 PM.
Ticket includes both the main park and aquatica (water park). Please be sure to bring an extra set of clothes.
Sk8 Night!

Join us for an evening in Temple at Wheel's Family Skate. We have the whole place rented to ourselves! It will be a retro roller skating experience, complete with rink games/competitions, a personal DJ, and all the disco lighting you could want. Don't forget your tall socks!

Leadership Retreat
Monday, July 8, 2024- Thursday, July 11, 2024
Students who have completed our 9-month-long mentoring program are invited to attend leadership retreat in at a location TBD. During this event we will have multiple guest speakers that lead us in a "leadership intensive" in which we focus on developing a personal philosophy of leadership that prioritizes the way in which we serve the Church.
Summer Mission Trip
Monday, July 15, 2024- Friday, July 19, 2024
Students who have completed 6th-12th grade will head to Richardson, Tx to partner with iGoGlobal Launchbox as they work to accomplish their mission to engage, equip, and empower unreached people in the community with the gospel. Registration Opens 4/14/24 and Closes 06/23/2024.
